If you like the personal touch of one-to-one sessions, we can tailor a plan specifically to your needs; we’ll focus on the activities you enjoy to help you achieve your fitness goals. This means you needn’t have any experience – we love working with people of all abilities.
Our exercise classes are perfect if you’re looking for a fun, friendly and energetic atmosphere to train in. These are also set up to cater for different needs – we run exclusive women-only sessions as well as mixed and teen classes.
The training space at LAB99 has all the equipment you need to get your heart pumping – you’ll find cardio machines like the spin bike and treadmill, along with a collection of weight equipment, including dumbbells, a squat rack, a bench and Olympic bars.
And, for those who want to introduce something a little different to their training plan, we have a combat sports area set up specifically for kickboxing, boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu – here we have floor mats, various different punch bags and an 18ft boxing ring.
